Building tools for
human potential.

Former physician. A decade on stage. A decade in motion. Now building software, programs, and hardware that help humans align, connect, and perform.

SCROLL
The through-line

Two questions have driven everything I've done: Why do we do what we do? And how can I make this better?

Every chapter of my life has been the same project wearing different clothes: understanding what humans are capable of, starting with myself.

IMedicine taught me the body. IITeaching taught me the mind. IIIBroadcast taught me the voice. IVMovement taught me presence. VNow I build with all of it.

Medicine comes from the word doctor: from the Latin docēre, meaning to teach. Long before it meant medicine, it meant teacher.

I spent seven years becoming one kind of doctor. I've spent thirty discovering what the word actually asks: not to fix bodies, but to help humans align head, heart, and hands, and reach their potential.

Align first. Optimise second.
That's the thesis behind everything I build.

The story

Five acts, one through-line.

Thirty years across medicine, teaching, broadcast, movement, and technology. Each act a different answer to the same question.

I

The Physician

Brisbane · 1997–2009

Seven years of medicine at the University of Queensland. Hospital wards, surgical assisting, and later rural skin-cancer clinics and corporate health that ran alongside everything else for a decade. I learned how the human body works, and that fixing bodies isn't the same as helping humans thrive. That question never left.

I was always drawn less to disease than to what comes before it: preventative health. Most disease traces back to lifestyle and the choices behind it, and those choices are usually made from a deeper place than logic. So I gravitated toward the quantified self, biohacking, and peak performance, the edges where a body becomes something you can actually build.

The Teacher

Brisbane → Sydney → International · 1997 onwards

A year into medicine I chased the glamour of the entertainment industry as a music manager, a detour that took me from London to New York to LA and Midem in Cannes, and burned through my savings. What I found on the far side was teaching: I developed and delivered personal development seminars on motivation, mastery, emotional states, meditation, and memory. An accredited professional speaker before I turned 27. I was teaching transformation in my twenties, decades before I truly understood it. It took the next twenty-five years, and every act that follows, to actually earn what I was saying. Now it's coming back around, at a depth I couldn't have reached back then.

III

The Voice

Sydney → Singapore → Asia · 2000–2020

I never understood the power of the voice until I spent years training with Bill Pepper, past head of Voice Studies at the National Institute of Dramatic Art in Sydney. That gave me the skill and the tools to carve a career on air and behind the mic. TV host for Discovery Channel and Channel NewsAsia. Radio DJ at Power 98 FM. Voice for hundreds of commercials. Emcee for Samsung, SGX, Bloomberg, UN Women, and a $500M arts centre opening alongside David Foster. I learned to hold a room, tell a story, and move people at scale. Then I ran The Connected Voice workshops to pass on everything I'd learned, helping anyone open up and speak with a fully embodied, free voice.

Act III · Voice
IV

The Body

Singapore → everywhere · 2011–2024

Founded Superfly Monkey Dragons, Southeast Asia's progressive parkour academy, and spent thirteen years pioneering movement culture across Southeast Asia. Jump Asia. Superfly Showdown. Parkour in school curricula. In 2021 I took up bodybuilding: proof to myself that I could stay with one thing, long enough to transform it. I learned what building with people, and with discipline, actually costs, and what it makes possible.

Act IV · Body
V

The Builder

Nomadic · 2024–now

AI changed what one person can build. Since late 2024: eight hackathons, multiple wins, and a portfolio of products at the intersection of everything above: health, connection, story, movement. The toolkit finally caught up to the vision.
